Yummy Banana Loaf

Butter                                  1/2 cup

White Sugar                         1/2 cup

Brown Sugar                        1/2 cup

Eggs                                     2

Mashed very ripe bananas    3

All purpose flour                   1 3/4 cup

Ground flax                           1/4 cup

Hemp hearts                          1/4 cup

Molasses                               1/4 cup

Cinnamon                              1 tsp

Ginger                                    1/2 tsp

Baking soda                            1 tsp

Baking powder                        1/2 tsp

Salt                                          1 tsp


Cream butter and sugar together.  Beat in eggs until smooth, add bananas, molasses and blend.

Add next 9 dry ingredients to mixture and mix until moist.

Transfer to greased loaf pan.  Bake at 350 F for about 1 hour.

BANANA DATE LOAF:  add 1 cup of chopped and pitted dates

BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP LOAF:  add 1 cup milk chocolate chips.

BANANA NUT LOAF: add 1 cup walnuts.
